This may have been one of the most meaningful days we have captured! Jordan and Elizabeth got married on Pride weekend in Columbus and it was totally by coincidence. The city was truly electric with all the pride celebrations and to be a part of their wedding on this weekend really felt impactful.
Jordan and Elizabeth planed a beautiful ceremony full of meaningful and unique readings. We have been to well over 100 weddings but this may have been the first time it was hard to hold back tears during a ceremony. Seeing people be celebrated for who they are without any judgment is something you wish for all of your couples, but to see it in this way is really touching.
Strongwater is always one of our favorite venues. Most couples choose to get married in the outdoor area, which is covered in vines and very industrial looking. It provides the perfect backdrop to film a ceremony in. The venue is also in the middle of Franklinton, which provides so many backdrops for photo and video opportunity that it can be hard to pick just a few…but its a good problem to have!
